We accomplish this by matching each volunteer with their own personal volunteer mentor. Together we realize that we are all capable of making a difference in this world. The process is one person at a time – Baby steps forward!

Los Angeles, California is going to lead the world at "People Helping People". The Los Angeles School Board adopted the above resolution on June 28th, 2007 giving 2,000 schools in Los Angeles the opportunity to designate one day/night during Volunteer Recognition Week 2008 (April 27 - May 3rd) as "Volunteer Recognition Day".
