Yawn, Smile, Breathe Deeply & Say Yes!
60 Second Mentor Meditation
Help other like minded people get what they want
With Character And Compassion

There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.
As your 60 second volunteer mentor, Mark Waldman will help you become more empathetic and accepting of others. In 60 seconds Mark can help everyone be more kind, tolerant and peaceful.
And all you need to do is to yawn a few times, take a few deep breaths, and say to yourself, aloud or silently, "Yes!" Do it for sixty seconds (or longer if you want), and do it whenever you want to tune up your brain.
According to our brain-science research at the University of Pennsylvania, each of these four simple acts -- yawning, smiling, breathing deeply, and saying “yes” (even if you don’t feel like it) – is enough to improve the functioning of your brain. It helps you to immediately focus on you goal and improves your ability to achieve it, and it reduces the neurological damage caused by stress, anxiety, and depression. You’ll even grow new dendrites on some of the most important neurons in your brain, in the areas that generate kindness, compassion, and inner peace.

Every WTW volunteer for the Pass It Forward Movement will be able to highlight their program on the A United World Website www.aunitedworld.org just as I did. Now you too can create your own Pass it Forward program based upon a specific "Pass it Forward Moment that happened in your past."
The “The Pass it Forward Movement” embraces all creeds, religions, and political beliefs. If it doesn’t appeal to 100% of the population then it is not part of the movement.
