There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.
The Pass it Forward Movement helped me find my purpose, so that I could develop my passion and bring my creative pass it forward program to the world. I am now interning to be a pass it forward mentor helping others find their purpose and passion so that they can pass it forward too. Together we can make a difference! There is no charge for my services as I am a volunteer mentor representing the Pass it Forward Movement.
AutismLink's Mentoring Program is designed to help parents with a newly diagnosed child get help from those who know it best -- other parents. We match more experienced parents who have children on the spectrum with those requesting help. It's easy -- just sign up to be a mentor, or request to be matched to a mentor if you are a parent with a newly diagnosed child, or even if you suspect your child may have autism.
We'll match you up with another parent who can help you cope with the diagnosis and help to show you the ropes.
Attention Perspective Mentors:
Before you agree to become a mentor, you must agree to a few things! Please remember that the people you will be helping are likely parents of newly diagnosed children. They need your help, so if you don't plan to respond to emails in a timely manner, this may not be for you. Please be sure that you are dedicated to helping other families before you sign up to be a mentor at AutismLink. Parents who feel lost and confused need your help. Please make sure you are committed to following through.

Every volunteer for the Pass It Forward Movement will be able to highlight their program on the this website just as I did. Now you too can create your own Pass it Forward program based upon your "gift" or a specific "Pass it Forward Moment that happened in your past."
The “The Pass it Forward Movement” embraces all creeds, religions, and political beliefs. If it doesn’t appeal to 100% of the population then it is not part of the movement.
