Bowl For Kids Sake & Pass It Forward
Help other like minded people get what they want
With Character And Compassion
There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.
Students Tanner Anderson, Michelle Parrish, Jeffrey Duncan, Elizabeth Russell and Ally Ferrell pass it forward in the Big Brothers Big Sisters annual College Bowl for Kids Sake. These mentors along with potential protégés enjoy two hours of free bowling, pizza and T-shirts as a sign of thanks from the organization's sponsors.
"It's a really great way for local students to get involved in the community," said Michelle Parrish, Corporate Partnership Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters. BBBS is an organization that began in 1978 and helps children by placing them with mentors. "It's really fun, and we are all excited to help out," said Erin Chappell, president of Alpha Kai Omega and senior social work major from Southlake. "Club members and pledges worked together to raise money for the fundraiser."

Every WTW volunteer for the Pass It Forward Movement will be able to highlight their program on the A United World Website www.aunitedworld.org just as big brothers and big sisters have. Now you too can create your own Pass it Forward program based your gift. Everyone has a gift - what's yours?
The “The Pass it Forward Movement” embraces all creeds, religions, and political beliefs. If it doesn’t appeal to 100% of the population then it is not part of the movement.
Every entity, non-profit, business, school, organization, and individual can be part of this movement. Together, we can all unite and collaborate as just one voice to “pass it forward” and make the world a gentler, kinder place.
All potential mentors interested in passing it forward and helping, please contact your local Big Brothers Big Sisters near you Get started today ». If you are interested in creating your own unique pass it forward program, please contact arlan@wetheworld.org.
