There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.

The ultimate goal of the program is to inspire academic and behavioral outcomes through the guidance and encouragement of a volunteer mentor.

In an effort to expand our partnerships with local non-profits and reach new and under-served communities, The Tarzana Community & Cultural Center (TCCC) offers use beautiful one-acre parcel located at 19130 Ventura Blvd. for meetings large group activities.

In exchange for the use of space we ask only that the host organization provides information to their participants about TCCC and our work to help make Tarzana the city that leads the world at people helping people.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email from a TCCC staff member verifying the time and location of your space reservation. At the time of your event, you will be given some information to read either before or after your meeting or event, highlighting the training and resources available to non-profit organizations through the Pass It Forward Movement.

If an organization is collecting funds at their event, we would encourage them to donate a portion of the monies collected to the Tarzana Community & Cultural Center to cover administration/facilities cost.

In the event of a last-minute conflict, TCCC will make every effort to provide a secondary meeting space within our facility.

Now you can perform acts of kindness online from the comfort of your own home, on your own computer, on your own time. The first thing that happens is a volunteer mentor performs an act of kindness (L.O.V.E.) on you. Your Pass It Forward (PIF) online volunteer mentor will help you... Learn your purpose, Organize your passion, Volunteer your gift, and Engage your heart. It's all done online and after 30 minutes you will be trained to do the same thing for others so that you can pass it forward too. Best of all, it's all FREE!

Every person that has created their own PIF program may highlight their program on this website just like we have for Empower LA Creative Fundraising Events. Now you too can create your own PIF program based upon your "gift" or a specific "Pass it Forward Moment that happened in your past." The Pass It Forward Movement embraces all religions, and political beliefs. If it doesn’t appeal to 100% of the population then it is not part of this movement.

PIF and I are now networking with people and organizations that also want to help others. Additionally PIF gave me the opportunity to be a mentor myself, and now I also have online mentors to help me achieve my goals.

Every entity, non-profit, business, school, organization, and individual can be part of this movement. Together, we can all unite and collaborate as just one voice to “pass it forward” and make the world a gentler, kinder place.
