There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.
The Executive Director of We, The World, Arlan Berglas plans to raise $100 Million from corporate sponsors to give a grant to our government for online community service. With this $100 Million dollars, the government will be able to help 1.5 million nonprofits raise more money and awarenss for their cause through Inner Peace, Acts of Kindness & Mentoring. After playing golf everyday for four years, Berglas has taken a six year leave of absense to help make the world a better place. Now, after all this time he wants to start playing again, only this time he wants to play one round of golf with 100 CEO's in 2010. No, we're not talking just any CEO's, he wants to play golf with the movers and shakers of the Fortune 100 best companies to work for. Berglas says, "As an online volunteer PIF Mentor I encourage others to think out of the box and believe that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. Hey, I got all of 2010! I like the challenge!"
