There’s a movement gaining momentum everyday and it’s global! It’s about mentoring, inspiring, and empowering one another to realize we can all make a positive difference; simply by passing on kind acts and good deeds.
Janey Rifkin has decided to volunteer some time for the success of the Pass It Forward (PIF) Movement. After browsing the movement's website, she realized she had a gift in journalism that could really be beneficial to the movement. Rifkin graduated from the University of Southern California School of Journalism and has been a highly accomplished editor of many books, newspapers and magazines for the past 50 years.
In addition to helping with the website, Janey also decided to write a press release that will be submitted on-line to the necessary resources. "The great thing about this type of volunteer work is I can do this on my own time", says Janey. "I am extremely busy as I hold three jobs right now, but something like this I can fit in and feel like I'm really making a difference."
