| Kindness Telethon Helps Schools & Nonprofits
The Internet has changed the way that not-for-profits can tackle the fund-raising challenge. Many websites offer the ability to make a spontaneous donation using a credit card, and some encourage their members to organize their own fund-raisers (walkathons, bikeathons, etc.) and promote it on the charities site.
Regular email contact with members promote the nonprofit on a year-round basis, and establish a personal connection that encourages financial support. The Kindness (web based) telethon will focus on stories of "acts of kindness" performed, as well as the results from those acts. Telethons are to help build awareness and raise funds for a cause.
We want to help you raise money for your school or nonprofit now! This is a We, The World (WTW) 501 (c) (3) nonprofit program. There is no charge for one or more of our WTW Charity Consultants to help your planning as we are all volunteer mentors representing this "Acts of Kindness" movement.
