The Empower Ventura Director needs to have good management skills, be able to mentor others, and be able to train others to become mentors. The Empower Ventura Project is an extention of EmpowerLA which is planning to work with schools in Los Angeles and will be launched between April 27th and May 3rd during Volunteer Recognition Week 2008.
