Pass it Forward Registry Program

The Auction Registry has been very successful in assisting many non profit fundraising events reach their financial goals. We have participated in thousands of auction events often supplying the "marquee" items for the auctions.

We are proud of our mission and we have thousands of nonprofit customers who are satisfied and happy that they chose us to help make their event successful. Please feel free to request references, which we will be happy to provide.

• The Auction Registry has professional Account Directors who will work with each organization in selecting the most suitable auction items for their fundraising auction event. An Account Director can be reached easily by just clicking on the "Contact Us" link on every page of our web site, or calling us directly.

• After items are selected we request that the organization sign a Letter of Understanding, which details the items we will supply to their scheduled event.

• Delivery times for some of the items will be determined. In other cases, where delivery is not required, the non profit can easily download from our website all the necessary marketing materials for their catalog and display purposes. We will also provide display materials, and auctioneer notes to assist in the promotion of our items.

• Once the items are auctioned off the nonprofit would contact their Account Director and provide feedback on the auction event.

• The Auction Registry, will be responsible to assure that any sold items, not delivered to the actual event will get delivered to your winning patrons.
• The Auction Registry pays for all shipping.

• If any item is shipped to the auction event and is not sold, we will pay for any return shipping costs. There is no financial risk for the nonprofit at any time.

• There is no cost to the nonprofit, until the items selected sell at the event, at which point the nonprofit would be responsible to pay us the established reserve price.

If you have any questions or would like to include items from The Registry for your next auction event, please Contact Us.
