We are very aware of the need for funds in most non profits organizations. In the current economic times fundraising is even more challenging. Typically, gift-giving is impacted the most as people experience pressure on their personal income.  Donations often times are decreased or discontinued all together.

We’re creating alliances with nonprofits to help the nonprofits help themselves resolve these shortfalls and at the same time help their constituents increase their standard of living through the equity they have already earned in their homes.

We can help you by donating fifty percent of our fees to your organization for each reverse mortgage we do for your members.  

This is not a gimmick or marketing trick. We know you have access to people we will never reach. Why not share our profits with you in order to reach them? These are people we would not have reached otherwise.

Among those who are experiencing a loss of personal income are people planning for retirement or currently in retirement. Retirement plans are being postponed and retirees are looking for ways to supplement their income.

We specialize in the reverse mortgage business for people at least 62 years old. Hundreds of thousands of reverse mortgages have been used in the last 20 years. Half of all reverse mortgages have been done in the last 3 years. This is a FHA program guaranteed by the federal government. Many in this age group are looking for solutions in these uncertain economic times.

With a reverse mortgage they are able to access the equity in their home, no longer have mortgage payments and continue to own their home. There is no danger of losing their home because they can’t afford the mortgage payment, because there is no mortgage payment. In fact, we even had the privilege of helping a lady keep her home which was in foreclosure.

Because we so strongly believe in how people can benefit from reverse mortgages, we have developed a fundraising plan to get the word out to more people. We will donate half our net fees to your organization for every member who receives a reverse mortgage through our company. Additionally, we will donate half our net fees for every family or friend of a member of your organization who receives a reverse mortgage through our company.

Here are a few examples of how this can benefit your organization financially.

For a home valued at $200,000, our net fee is approximately $1,600. We will donate approximately $800.

For a home valued at $300,000, our net fee is approximately $2,200. We will donate approximately $1100.

For a home valued at $400,000, our net fee is approximately $3,000. We will donate approximately $1500.

As you can see, there is a potential of receiving some very large income for your organization.

There are lenders who pad their fees in order to recoup their losses resulting in higher costs to the families that can least afford to absorb those higher costs.  We believe this is unethical and deceptive. Our fees are the normal, allowable fees regularly charged and therefore, the donations are a legitimate expense to us. We are very willing to prove this in the final documents.

Here are a few suggestions to share the program

•  If you have a website or blog--Just add our banner to your site.
   

• If you have a newsletter-- Add our informational articles.
   

• We produced a video of one of our seminar luncheons. Show the 20 minute video at one of your meetings. Let us know when you are having the meeting and we will be available by phone to answer any questions live during the meeting.
   

• DVD copies of the seminar can be distributed to those interested in giving them away to friends and family. Your members need only give out the DVD. The video explains all the details and we are available for any questions. A CD format has been produced for those who would prefer an audio version. A copy of the video is online at our website. (The online quality is not as clear as the DVD).

Remember, any referrals from your members are potential donations for your organization.
